Born in 1973 in Orsay to a Sephardic Algerian father and a Sicilian mother, David Benhamou grew up in Les Ulis with his two sisters and two older brothers.

Surrounded by his family and friends in the neighborhood, David Benhamou was quickly touched by HIP HOP dance in early 84. Passionate about this new urban dance, he devotes a lot of time to it: shows and battles will be part of his life for many years...

David Benhamou joined the theatre in his neighbourhood where he found a new great passion: comedy. In 1989, he will make a casting for the 1st role of a series on France 2. In July of the same year, he was the victim of a very serious road accident. Miraculously, he finds his way back to school, the theatre stops but he still dances...

David Benhamou secretly wants to be an actor. In 2010, as a salesman in a car rental agency, he rented vehicles from a company that had been hired by a car rental company.
