My name is Emily Kristofics-Binder and I am half French, half Austrian. I speak French, German and English and grew up in a family of athletes, being the youngest of five girls. From the age of 6 until 20 I completed at a high level of equestrian vaulting competitions. Next to gymnastics and dance I have always painted and written poetry. After graduation from high school I studied acting at International Theatre School of Jacques Lecoq, where I was trained in physical theatre. (mime, acro, stunts, dance, voice, clown, commedia del arte, melodrama, burlesque, object theatre, mystere, chorus, absurd)
Simultaneously I also trained at the Ecole National des Arts du Cirque in the evening (flying trapeze, acrobatics, trampolin, aerial straps).
In addition to my "art path" I also studied Social Work/Social Science and worked in child protection.
